1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and lsvip ("lsvip," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at lsvip.org ("the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the lsvip Platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the lsvip Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lsvip Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

lsvip reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be refunded at lsvip's sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the lsvip Platform, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active lsvip account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. lsvip uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, and all balances and winnings associated with such accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

lsvip is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws. We may request the following documents at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, voter's ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank account number).

Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by lsvip may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

lsvip accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through approved payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. lsvip targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an AML review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

lsvip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing under the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• A security review or fraud investigation is ongoing;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds published limits for the selected payment method;
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. lsvip will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, and withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verifiably owned by the registered player. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be returned and the relevant account suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by lsvip are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your lsvip account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "turnover requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

lsvip strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., low-risk betting strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay), providing false information to claim promotions, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players. lsvip reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the lsvip Platform operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. lsvip is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generators

All virtual (non-live) games on the lsvip Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined at random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player, lsvip, or any third party.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, lsvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant wager to the player's account. lsvip's decision in such cases is final. No compensation beyond the return of the affected wager will be paid in connection with a technical malfunction.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. lsvip reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with regulatory requirements or operational needs.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lsvip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended);
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live dealer games and poker;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing payments through your payment provider after wagering the relevant funds on the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lsvip staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on the lsvip Platform without written authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

lsvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. lsvip takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines seriously.

8.2 Player Tools

lsvip strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who have registered and are later found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and their winnings forfeited in accordance with Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

lsvip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is described in full in the lsvip Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on the lsvip Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and promotional communications (where you have opted in).

lsvip will not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC), law enforcement agencies, and third-party service providers engaged to operate the Platform, where required by law or necessary for the operation of your account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lsvip Platform — including but not limited to the lsvip name, logo, trademarks, game content, software, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of lsvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lsvip Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any lsvip trademarks or branding without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of lsvip intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293).

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

lsvip endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. lsvip is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or inaccessibility.

11.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lsvip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your lsvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusions

lsvip shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform; or losses arising from events outside lsvip's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or third-party system failures.

11.4 Gambling Losses

Losses incurred through wagering activity on the lsvip Platform are not recoverable from lsvip. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered. lsvip is not responsible for gambling losses sustained by players using the Platform.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your lsvip account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified cash balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by lsvip

lsvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where lsvip reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Acted in a manner harmful to lsvip, other players, or third parties.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your lsvip account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and lsvip arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting lsvip's customer support team. lsvip will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within five (5) business days of receipt.

13.3 Jurisdiction

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits lsvip's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

14 Amendments to These Terms

lsvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lsvip will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the lsvip Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
